The process should take less than 10 minutes.

You can only connect to the internet after your service has been activated. This may take 7 days after you pay for the service.

 
Use these tips to maximize your Internet Speed
 
Simple things you can do to enjoy maximum speeds
  • Install a filter on your phone(s.)  You can pick up free filters at any GTT business office.
  • Reboot your modem by unplugging it for 30 seconds.
  • Reset your wireless router.  Periodically unplugging your wireless router for 30 seconds will clear its cache.
  • Limit the number of connected devices.  More connected devices means slower speeds.
