Your GTT Fibre Account
Bills for your postpaid mobile accounts are generated between the 1st and 2nd day of every month. The details captured on the bills includes all charges incurred in the previous month referred to as ‘Current Activities’. These charges can be:
- Monthly rental
- Supplementary Features such as Call Waiting, Caller’s ID
Other charges can include:
- Call Usage
- Reconnection fee (if applicable)
Your postpaid mobile bills can also capture any unpaid charges from previous month(s) referred to as Total Arrears. Please remember that payments made after bills are generated will be captured on the following month’s bill.
Note: Payment details captures on a bill will be any that was made before the bill was generated.
YOUR GTT POSTPAID BILL
When is my bill due?
Your bills are due approximately forty days after the end of the billing cycle. See below scenario for guidance:
- Service is active and utilized in January
- Bill is received in February
- Customer to pay outstanding balance by the due date in March. This is generally the 10th or 11th of the month
Check your invoice for a due date which reflects as “Last day to pay”
What to expect on your first postpaid mobile bill?
Your first postpaid mobile bill will reflect a prorated amount of your monthly charge for the activation month as well as the monthly charge for the next month. This means that your account will be reflect monthly charges for two months, one prorated and the other in full
VOICE PLANS
The voice plans is the primary plan for your postpaid mobile service. The specific plans has a fixed monthly charge and are assigned free minutes and SMS specific to the plan.
Free minutes can only be used to make on-net calls
Off-net and international calls is facilitated through a Usage Credit Limit that is also assigned with a residential postpaid mobile voice plan.
DATA PLANS
Data plans are activated on postpaid mobile as a supplemental offer (equivalent to that of a feature)
Data plans are assigned fixed monthly charge which adds to the monthly rate (voice and data). The data allotted on a monthly basis is based on the specific plan
Accounts are charged the out of plan rate if the allotted data is used up during the month for as long as there is a Usage Credit Limit balance.
